Tenancy Created Move in Date Selected

Once everything has been approved and we have the go-ahead, a tenancy agreement is created, dates are selected to move in, you pay the deposit and month's rent in advance to our bank. We do not accept cash payments, all payments must be made through the Fennic Bank account or they are not valid. If you fail the credit reference checks, they will simply inform us that you have been declined, as we have no other information than that. You won't be moving in without a guarantor, and even then some owners may refuse that.
