Nrla Tenancy Agreement
We use standard NRLA tenancy agreement for AST, for room rentals or holiday rentals there are different agreements used.

Estimated reference checking times
We do not have any control over how long a reference check takes. It is usually within two weeks, if it take ten years or longer then we cannot speed things up. We also reserve the right not to proceed with any tenancy agreement, so unless it is all signed and paid for in full to the Fennic bank account we can cancel at any stage without any costs to our company or group of companies, however caused.

Property processing time
Once you place a property request online, our dedicated team begins processing it promptly. This includes verifying the property details, conducting area checks, and preparing the property information pack to be sent to you, usually by WhatsApp or we may send it in the post. for shipment. The property processing time may vary depending on the your credit score, reference checks and type of property search you have requested. with some items requiring additional handling or customization.

Updates and tracking
To keep you informed about the progress of your new home search, we provide details and updates for most new requests but electronic means of updates are sometimes not always working so we cannot always provide this service. Once your details are received, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your property search unless you are receiving this via WhatsApp. This allows you to monitor the status of your searches and estimate days to view or make bookings to view.
