If you are already renting a property with Fennic then we will be sending you new details and any legal documents as required.  We would like to assure you that there is nothing to be concerned about and if you have any questions our team are here on standby ready to help you all along the way.

Worried about new laws, have you had a section 21 notice?

Section 21 “no-fault” evictions are being abolished from 1 May 2026 under the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, replacing assured shorthold tenancies with assured periodic tenancies. What the government failed to think about is the fact landlords have been hit very hard over recent years and now face this too, many landlords have issued section 21 notice and are selling up, thus less property to rent, rent go up more people homeless. If you feel you may be made homeless of you are homeless contact us, we will try and get some links and phone numbers for you, plus make and post adverts on our social media to hopefully find you a home.
